The ability to work remotely. Millennials do not want to be tied to their desks at an office. Employers need to embrace this concept by providing them apps, online portals, and other technological tools they need to succeed in the workplace.

Establishing programs like stress management, wearables, yoga classes, gym memberships, dietary and nutrition support, and mental health support programs are extremely attractive to millennials.

Access to professional development. The ability to advance their careers is a top priority for millennials. Offering training programs, mentoring, and professional development opportunities can keep millennials dedicated, engaged, and highly productive.

Ongoing performance evaluations. In conjunction with professional development, millennials want feedback regarding their job performance and how they can advance their careers. Offering ongoing performance assessments may be the key to employee retention.
